Guided RFQ
Tell us what you need made.
Select the capability, describe the part, attach what you have. A Hydrojet engineer — not a form robot — reviews every request and follows up on fit, missing information and the quote path.
Before you ask
RFQ questions, answered.
What file formats can you work from?
Any standard CAD format — CATIA V4/V5 native, STEP, IGES, plus DXF/DWG and PDF drawings. Solid models are preferred, and we fully support MBD/DPD workflows.
What materials do you manufacture with?
Carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar® and many other composite systems — prepreg or wet layup — plus honeycomb core, bonded core panels, polycarbonates and machined metallics.
What's the largest part you can handle?
Autoclave capacity reaches 96 in. diameter × 240 in. length, 5-axis milling travel reaches 244 × 137 × 59 in., and waterjet cutting reaches 120 × 156 in. Send your envelope and we'll confirm fit.
Are you certified for aerospace and defense work?
Yes — AS9100D certified (including ISO 9001:2015), ITAR registered and a HUBZone certified small business. Certificates are on the downloads page.
