What materials do you manufacture with?
Carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar® and many other composite systems — prepreg or wet layup — plus honeycomb core, bonded core panels, polycarbonates and machined metallics.
What's the largest part you can handle?
Autoclave capacity reaches 96 in. diameter × 240 in. length, 5-axis milling travel reaches 244 × 137 × 59 in., and waterjet cutting reaches 120 × 156 in. Send your envelope and we'll confirm fit.
Are you certified for aerospace and defense work?
Yes — AS9100D certified (including ISO 9001:2015), ITAR registered and a HUBZone certified small business. Certificates are on the downloads page.
