Composite Manufacturing
Prepreg layup, autoclave and oven cure, RTM, hot drape forming, honeycomb and Kevlar machining, bonded core panels.
5-Axis Machining
Complex geometry in one setup on large-format 5-axis platforms — higher tolerances, better surface finish, less cost.
Dynamic Waterjet Cutting
Omnidirectional, heat-free cutting that leaves material properties untouched — superb edges even on laminates.
Tooling & Engineering
Lay-up tools, bond tools, holding fixtures, master molds and prototype tooling — engineered in CATIA V4/V5 with MBD/DPD support.
Facility & Equipment
ISO Class 8 clean room, two autoclaves, batch curing oven, automated ply cutting, laser ply placement and large-format CNC.
Quality & Certifications
AS9100D including ISO 9001:2015, ITAR registration, HUBZone certification and documented supplier quality controls.
