01 / Materials

If it lays up, we build with it.

Carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar® and many more composite systems — as prepreg or wet layup, cured to spec and machined without damage.

02 / Processes

Every cure path, in-house.

Process selection shouldn't be limited by a vendor's equipment list. Ours covers the full range — so the part gets the cure it needs, not the one that's available.

Autoclave curing

Two autoclaves to 96 in. diameter × 240 in. — 150 psi at 450°F — for primary structure and bonded assemblies.

Oven curing

Batch curing oven, 96 × 132 × 144 in., for oven-cure prepregs and secondary bonds.

RTM

Resin transfer molding for repeatable, two-sided finished surfaces at production rates.

Hot drape forming

Consistent forming of complex contours before cure — fewer wrinkles, better fiber alignment.

03 / After the cure

Trimmed, drilled and inspected without leaving the floor.

Cured parts move straight to 5-axis CNC trim and drill or heat-free waterjet edge trim, then to CMM and mobile-arm inspection. One traveler, one building, one accountable team.
